Order delivery information

-The cap, gown, and tassel units will be delivered to your campus on the date selected by your school, typically late spring. If we have already delivered to your school, you will need to come to our office to pick up your cap and gown unit.

-Announcements take 10-15 business days.

-Soft goods (apparel, keychain, tumbler, etc.) will ship to your home approximately three weeks after your order is placed.

-Rings that are shipped to the office that are not picked up prior to cap and gown delivery day will be taken to the school for pick up with our sales representative on that day. (Balance must be paid in full in order to receive ring.)

-Rings are shipped to either the student home or to our office. Shipping location is determined on a case by case basis. Please email the office for more specific information on your ring order. hjinfo@campussupplyllc.com
