Order delivery information:
CAP & GOWNS WILL SHIP TO THE SCHOOL; NOT YOUR HOME
-The cap, gown, and tassel units will be delivered to your campus on the date selected by your school, typically late spring. If we have already delivered to your school, please email grads@mygradaccount.com to find out how to get your cap and gown.
-Announcements & all paper products; necklaces, bracelets and most frames will be mailed to your home.
-Soft goods (apparel, keychain, tumbler, etc.) will be delivered either when we are at your school taking orders or delivering the cap & gowns.
-Rings that are paid in full when ordered will be shipped to the students home.
-Rings that are not paid in full when ordered will be shipped to us and we will contact you on how to receive your ring once paid in full.
