*All merchandise ordered via a paper order or online must be paid in full prior to receiving your cap and gown.
*Orders received after April 1st will be charged an additional $15 late processing fee.
*Checks are not accepted as a form of payment upon final delivery of Class Rings, Fine Paper or Cap and Gown orders. However checks can be mailed in prior to delivery. Please allow 7+ days for processing.
*Returned check fee: $30
*Yeardated products are not eligible for refunds.
*No changes or cancellations to your order after 72 hours of order submission.

Delivery Information
Typically fine paper items are delivered in the spring. Caps and gowns and diploma frames are delivered seperately from fine paper and later in the year. The how/when/where of delivery is school specific and details will be forthcoming as deliveries are coordinated with your school.
